So much to be thankful for

A young lady, along with her other classmates, were asked to list what they thought the seven wonders of the world were. Some of the students answered very quickly while others struggled. After much thought, all the students in the class had turned in their papers, except for the one young lady. The teacher approached her and asked if she was finished? She replied by saying that she was having a hard time on choosing the seven wonders. The teacher asked, What do you have so far and maybe I can help? The young lady spoke aloud and began reading her list, to see, to hear, to touch, to feel, to laugh, and to love. The entire room became silent, you could hear a pin drop. The things we overlook as simple and ordinary and that we take for granted are truly wondrous.

To love the Lord your God with all your heart, your soul, your mind, and your strength. And love your neighbor as yourself. These are the two greatest commands, love someone today and you'll experince the seven wonders of the world and more.

Awesome Stevie!!! And I'm glad you have a blog now too! Can't wait to sing with you on Easter - how cool that will be, to "love the Lord with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength" together in worship!!! Love ya dearly!

Hey Steve!

Your blog is great! Thanks for sharing your inspiration & insight! We have not met yet ~ I'm just a fan from afar ~ LOL ~ Actually, you know my hubby, Brian, from DW #81. So grateful that you got to soak up God's love during the amazing weekend ~ you deserve it! ;)

I hope to meet you, in person, soon! WDW #82 has finally propelled me into getting connected @ NVCL, which is a good thing! ;)

God bless you bro ~ you make a difference! ;)

Hey Steve,
So glad to see you blogging. I keep up with my family this way..Now I can keep up with you. I see you are as busy singing as ever. Great for you and all the people who get to hear Gods talented servant singing.
Did Duane ever tell you about my blog? Check it out if you want to.

Love the story of so much to be thankful for! Keep the stories coming.
Oh and why does"Content Warning" appear when I check out your blog? Does this happen to others? I suppose people don't like Christain Content and that is so sad.
So take care of yourself and say Hi to your wife for me.
